• Will I be able to play my DVD on my DVD player?
  We record your Video Scrapbook onto brand name DVD-R disks. Nearly all DVD players produced in the last 5 years should be able to play our DVD's.
  
  
• What Kind of Music Can I Use?
  Our special process factors in music that fits the styles that you choose. If you want a particular song in your Video Scrapbook, you can send us the purchased CD (no CD-Rs) with the song title. And remember, all content you provide us will be returned to you.
  
  
• My photographs are priceless to me. I'm concerned for their care. How will they be handled?
  We fully understand your concern. Our procedures make sure that your photos are processed with utmost care and returned to you in the same condition that they were received.
  
  
• How Long Does it Take to Complete My Video Scrapbook?
  Once your content has been received, it takes approximately 21 days for your order to be completed. If you need your Video Scrapbook sooner, please let us know. We will accommodate rush orders.
  
  
• How do I pay?
  We accept PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, or cashier checks. A deposit of 1/3 of the total price is due at the beginning of your project. Your final payment is due when your Video Scrapbook is finished and approved prior to shipment. Finished product is not shipped until full payment is received.
  
  
• What type of digital image formats do you accept?
  We can accept all major digital image formats i.e. JPG, GIF,TIFF. If you have a need for any additional file formats let us know.
  
  
• I don't have digital photos, can I still use them in my Video Scrapbook?
  Yes. We will digitize them for you. A small fee will be applied for each image that needs to be scanned.
  
  
• Can you crop out portions of a photograph that I want to use?
  Yes we can. Just make a note of which images you want to be cropped, and how you want them cropped.
  
  
• I want to include photographs that are old and a little damaged. Can you restore them?
  We'll be able to significantly improve any print photographs submitted.
  
  
• How long do you keep a back up of my Video Scrapbook in case I misplace or damage my copy?
  We will keep a backup copy of your Video Scrapbook for 12 months after the completion date. Replacements can be made for a small fee.
  
  
• How long does it take to have my media transferred to a DVD?
  Our turn around time is 2 weeks from the day we receive your content in the mail.
  
  
• Will you provide rush service?
  We do provide rush service for an additional fee of $100. Your DVD will be shipped out in 72 hours from the time we receive your content.
  
  
• Can I add on a personal message?
  Sure, a personal message will add uniqueness to your Video Scrapbook. Let us know where you want it added. We can work with almost any format, the clearer the recording the better.
